Join Mushroom Mountain’s own Olga Katic for a delicious and educational hands-on mushroom cooking experience. In this intimate class, you’ll watch, taste, and learn as Olga demonstrates three flavorful mushroom dishes — all prepared using local and cultivated and wild mushrooms.

Together we’ll explore how to bring mushrooms from forest to feast:
🍄 Tips for cooking with fresh, dried, and powdered mushrooms
🔥 How to build deep umami flavor on a grill, hot plate, or in the Mushroom Mountain pizza oven
🌿 How to pair mushrooms with herbs, vegetables, and seasonal ingredients

You’ll enjoy generous tastings of each dish and leave inspired to recreate them at home. Expect laughter, stories, and plenty of mushroom wisdom along the way.
