Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription or recurring purchase plan at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and the order will be subject to our standard Shipping and Return Policy.

How to Cancel

Subscriptions can be managed through your customer account or by contacting Mushroom Mountain at hello@mushroommountain.com.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again. If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be paused or canceled.

Changes to Subscription Products

Mushroom Mountain reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products offered through subscription programs when necessary. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our Shipping and Return Policy.
