If you have already taken the certification course in the past, and were certified, but your certification has expired/is about to expire, and you need to renew it, you have come to the right place. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL COURSE TO GET CERTIFIED.

Once you sign up, we will send you study materials together with a fillable PDF test for you to fill out. You will have one week to return the test to us for grading. If you don't feel comfortable filling out the PDF file on your computer, please print the test, fill it out and mail it back to us to Mushroom Mountain, 200 Finley Rd. Easley SC 29657.

Is this the full certification course?
No.
This is NOT the full certification course and will not certify new students. If you have never been certified before, you must enroll in the full certification class.
How long does the renewal certification last?
Once approved, your renewed certification is valid for 5 years from the renewal date.
What happens after I purchase the renewal?
After checkout, you will receive:

• Updated study materials
• A fillable PDF test to complete

You will have one week to return the completed test for grading.
How do I return the test?
You may:

• Fill out the PDF digitally and email/submit it as instructed
• OR print the test, complete it by hand, and mail it to:

What if I’m not comfortable using a computer?
No problem. Printing and mailing the test is perfectly acceptable.
Do I need to include my Certification ID number?
Yes — this is very important.
Please enter your Certification ID Number in the comments section at checkout so we can verify your records and process your renewal correctly.
How will I receive my new certification ID?
Your updated certification ID card will be mailed to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your mailing address before completing your order.
What if my certification has been expired for a long time?
In most cases, renewal is still possible. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, please contact us before purchasing.
Are refunds available for renewals?
No. Certification renewals are non-refundable, so please make sure this is the correct option for you before purchasing.
