These durable aluminum tags provide a simple, permanent way to identify mushroom varieties, inoculation dates, harvest records, or any other notes you want to keep with your logs. Unlike markers that fade and labels that peel away, information is engraved directly into the metal, helping it remain readable through the seasons. Both sides of the tag can be engraved, providing plenty of space for additional notes and record keeping.

To use, simply remove the protective film and engrave your information using a nail, screwdriver, or other pointed tool. Once labeled, attach the tag to your log using a finishing nail, wire, twist tie, or string.
