CORDYCEPS COFFEE
Grind about 1 tsp of the dried Cordyceps mushrooms. Mix 3 oz hot water, 5 oz steamed almond or other milk, 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp of ground Cordyceps, and 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat, and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes. Warm until the coconut oil has melted and dissolved. Add the heated spiced milk to a heat-safe high-speed blender. Then add 1 scoop of collagen powder, and 1/2 tsp of ashwaganda powder. Blend on high until frothy (20-30 seconds). Pour into your favorite cut and add more cinnamon to the top as desired.

CORDYCEPS MOXY
In a small covered saucepan simmer 1/2 tsp of cordyceps powder in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Let it cool and add to a blender with 1 Tbsp of hemphearts, half of frozen banana, 1/2 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of MCT oil, 1/2 Tbs of your favorite nut butter, and a pinch of salt. Blend well and enjoy a burst of mushroom energy for the day.
