First Course
Cream of Morel Soup
A classic, velvety cream of mushroom soup highlighting the deep, earthy richness of fresh morels.
Second Course
Morel & Boursin Tarts
Roasted morels, creamy Boursin cheese, wild ramps, and flaky pastry - rich, savory, and deeply spring-forward.
Third Course
Morel “Mock Calamari”
Crispy breaded morels with jalapeño and tomato, served alongside cocktail sauce for a playful, crave-worthy bite.
Fourth Course
Short Rib & Morel Pappardelle
Slow-braised short ribs paired with tender morels, fresh dill, and a sherry cream sauce over wide ribbon pasta.

Angel Food Cake with Berries & Candied Morels

Ticket Price: $110 per person
Your ticket includes a five-course, chef-curated morel mushroom dinner prepared by Shaun Thompson, served in an intimate outdoor setting under the stars.
This is a seated, small-group experience designed for maximum flavor, connection, and seasonal magic.
Ticket Policy & Important Details
- Limited Seating: Attendance is capped at 20 guests to ensure an intimate dining experience.
- Advance Purchase Required: Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of the event and advance food preparation, no refunds will be issued.
- Transferable Tickets: If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest—just let us know in advance so we can update our guest list.
- Rain or Shine Event: This dinner will take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll adjust accordingly to keep everyone comfortable.
- Bring Your Own Beverages: Guests are welcome to bring wine or other beverages of their choice.
