Delicate, Smoky, Wild Mushroom Flavor

Black Trumpet mushrooms (Craterellus spp.) may not look flashy, but their flavor is anything but ordinary.

These delicate wild mushrooms are prized by chefs for their deep, earthy flavor, smoky aroma, and subtle fruity notes. Sometimes called the โ€œpoor man's truffle,โ€ Black Trumpets bring an elegant woodland richness to dishes without overpowering the other ingredients.

Drying concentrates their distinctive aroma, making them an incredible pantry ingredient for pasta, risotto, eggs, sauces, soups, seafood, vegetables, and cream-based dishes.

Choose whole Black Trumpets when you want the mushrooms themselves in your dish, or use Black Trumpet powder as an effortless finishing ingredient and flavor booster.
